		<description>I had a brisket thawed and ready to make . . . and then you posted this recipe! We tried it tonight and it was absolutely delicious. I roasted it late morning, then sliced it and put it in the fridge dry (juice in a separate container). About 30 minutes before serving dinner I placed the sliced meat in a 9x13 pan, poured the juice over it, and warmed it up. Everyone voted this recipe was definitely a keeper!
