I am so excited abour your stuffing recipe! I’ve wanted to have my own “secret” stuffing recipe for years and years – yours sounded perfect so I just made it but instead of the giblet broth I used the reserved liquid from the pork pies I made yesterday – it is so yummy I can hardly wait until tommorrow. I just did a post about Thanksgiving too. Our favorite is a bacon-pear stuffing that I found in a magazine a few years ago. I’d be interested in seeing some great side dishes for vegetables. Our table is usually full of carbs!
