A few months ago when I started following a bunch of frugal blogs, I landed on Freebies4Mom. There Heather introduced me to the wealth of free samples that are to be had out there. Wow!
Pictured is what I received in my mailbox in one day!
Samples are a great way to try a product without risking your cold hard cash on something you might not like. Through sampling, we have discovered that:
** Costco diapers are really high quality. I might not know this without the sample, because who wants to get stuck with 5 trillion diapers they don’t like?
** Orville Redenbacher Natural Popcorn smells and tastes like lime juice. Not bad if you like that sort of thing.
** Bare Naked Granola is super yummy. It goes great with plain yogurt and fresh fruit!
** Ready-Made magazine is a treasure-trove of great ideas.
Not only does Heather regularly alert her readers to free samples, but she also lists and hosts giveaways quite frequently. Hop on over to Freebies4Mom this week because she has a boatload of great things to give away! From Oscar Mayer to Home Depot to holiday DVDs, you are bound to find something that interests you.

I did like the Smart Cakes, though, and I think I may buy some. It’s a nice substitute for chips (which I don’t really care for).
I’m connected with her, and I love the Lime Popcorn. We got that sample, too, and I loved it.
I found out that I really don’t like the new Chex snack bars- which is great, because they were on my list to pick up a box when I got the sample in my mailbox!
I’ll have to head over there and check out that site- samples in the mail are fun stuff!
Emergen-C is AWESOME!!!!! LOVE this stuff.
