A Sugar-Free Christmas?

OK, I’m not advocating a completely sugar-free Christmas, but how about a Reduced-Sugar Christmas? This time of year can be filled with excess, and eating sweets is at the top of that list of things we excel at. While enjoyable, your sugar intake can lead to loss of appetite, mood swings, tooth decay – and children bouncing off the walls.

Heather at Freebies4Mom has collected some festive, but sugar free crafts and activities here.

  1. Well, I’m afraid I didn’t have a sugar-free Christmas which is why I’m going to be having a sugar-free New Year!! (I need to go on a starvation diet…Yikes! ) Thanks for the reminder (NOT):)

Thanks so much for participating in this conversation about "a mom's life."
