And the Winner Is…..

I’ve been remiss in posting the winner to our Happy New Year Show and Tell. Thanks again to Kate and Amy for their great posts to help us Ring in the New Year — With Kids. Great stuff. I hope you had a chance to take notes of the good ideas that struck your fancy and filed it away for next year.
Our winner is going to receive a copy of The Family Planner. From the website:

The Family Planner was designed with the busy family in mind. It is the must have calendar for all moms. It is not your typical wall calendar, but instead it is a full-size daily planner that promises to be the best organizational tool your family has ever used. Visit us to see the numerous features of this great tool.

Here are some of the great things I see about this calendar/planner:

  • sturdy, clear plastic cover that can hold up to all kinds of abuse
  • heavy-duty spiral binding that won’t come undone
  • quality paper
  • a monthly calendar
  • weekly planning pages, featuring shopping list and to do sections
  • sections for information for each person in the family, such as your children’s friends’ phone numbers

I’m looking forward to organizing my days a little better this year with this planner.

Now that I have you on pins and needles, dying to win. The winner is

Michelle!

Her number was randomly chosen.

Check out how they rang in the new year. I am very impressed not only by her creative planning, but also by her follow-through. (Definitely an area I need to grow in.) She did a great job planning a memory-making night with her family and then documenting it for her family to remember the fun.

Michelle, please email me with your contact info.

Thanks so much for participating in this conversation about "a mom's life."

This is a place where moms can be themselves. Remember that each mother's path looks a little different. Please keep your comments respectful and kind. Reasonable minds will disagree in a nice way.

So let's talk about it, using "our big girl words."
