		<description>I don&#039;t know if I have a recipe. I don&#039;t use them very often except for guidelines. I am a &quot;a little of this and that&quot; kind of girl! We grill A LOT, but hey we are Californians! I also, just choose to use whole ingriendients when possible. Brown rice, whole wheat tortillas, real cheese and butter (as opposed to Cheeze Whiz and margarine!). I make my own whole grain dinner rolls. Anyway you get the idea. My goal is to use less salt in my cooking though. I second grape seed oil. Wonderful for sauteing too.</description>
