Thanks for your encouragement. It didn't come out quite like it looked in my head. But, I knew/hoped that little girls would probably go for it, especially with the candy. The cake is to please a child, not the parents. And that's what I need to remember when I tackle these things.<br/><br/>Mrs. Pear, I'm so glad you liked it! I don't think he knows it's a purse...wait, I'll ask... he said, "it's GOOD cake with lots of gold" (like a pirate I assume which is what he's into) Funny! I personally would like to slyly steal that star cookie on the edge.
