How Does Your Garden Grow?

This week, once I get the car unloaded and the laundry washed, the kids and I are going out back to take dominion of the flower beds currently overrun with weeds. It’s our hope to get some tomatoes and basil planted as well as a few other herbs and veggies.

If you’re thinking of doing the same, you may want to check out Home Depot’s Do-It-Herself gardening workshop. It’s free, so why not sign up and learn all you can about making the most of the dirt in your own backyard?

Beautiful new look!! I love it!

This sounds like such a wonderful way to spend time with family and see some incredible sights/sites! We just don’t have anything that interesting around here!! But we are hoping to convince the grandparents to join us at the Children’s Museum and ride an old restored train with us this summer when we head to the city for a holidy.

Oh oops, I commented on the wrong post ~ this was meant in response to your weekend Mission visits!! (but I’m sure you figured that out!)

Oh, I love the new look! Hurray for you.

And with my black thumb – I should probably take some sort of course since I will be gardening for the first time this year :) Hurray for me!

  4. Thanks for linking to the post about worm composting again! It was fun writing about my “unknown” hobby :)

Thanks so much for participating in this conversation about "a mom's life."

This is a place where moms can be themselves. Remember that each mother's path looks a little different. Please keep your comments respectful and kind. Reasonable minds will disagree in a nice way.

So let's talk about it, using "our big girl words."
