Kids and big sticks aren't the greatest combination for safe fun either. Here's how to cut down on the cost and pain and still have a good time. Cut a new floatie pool noodle in half. Wrap silver duct tape or black electrical tape around about five inches of the noodle,starting from the cut end. Voila! Softer, safer, cheaper. I almost never buy books or videos anymore unless it's one we have to have that the library doesn't own. We've saved beaucoup bucks this way.
