There have been a few "call for action" stories on the news lately about the website charging fees to your credit card after placing an order due to some fine print on the order form. I can't remember the exact problem but I'm searching for the story and will send it off to you when I locate it. I don't know if it was just a one time thing or if there are other complaints on file with the BBB but I'll see what I can find.
