Well, once again, things didn’t all go according to plan last week – for a variety of reasons. One thing I’m learning is that reviewing the dinner plan first thing in the morning helps it actually happen by the time five o’clock rolls around. I can troubleshoot ingredients, like, um, take them out of the freezer, throw them in the crockpot, mix ’em up in the bread machine, so that I’m not in a panic hours later.
That said, here’s what I hope will be cookin’ this week:
Peppers and Chicken*, rice, salad
Creamy Cajun Noodles and Chicken*
Brats and Hot Dogs, Macaroni Salad*, Veggie Tray
Grilled Tandoori Chicken, Rice Pilaf, Salad and Grilled Vegetables
