After a month of doctor’s appointments, house guests, and family celebrations, this week is a quiet one. Praise the Lord! I’m hoping that since we have nowhere to go this week, we will be able to reestablish some routines. And since my cupboards are full, I don’t think I need to buy anything other than our fresh fruits and veggies.
Using what I have, I’ve been utilizing this meal planner from Betty Crocker. It’s got a nice tear-off grocery list that is really helpful. It’s magnetic so I can keep it on the fridge for easy reference. And it was free – all the beter!
Here’s what’s on my menu this week:
eggs and toast (Greek Eggs* for me!)
Shredded Beef Tacos*, Beans, and Rice
Marx Foods’ Blogger Game Sausage Recipe Challenge (I’m one of 11 contestants – stay tuned!)
pizza* and salad
Saturday – my college roommate Laura is visiting!
pancakes* with Papa
sliders, fruit salad, veggies and dip
cinnamon rolls and fruit
lunch out after church
grilled chicken, rice pilaf, and grilled veggies
