This is strange but I can't seem to get the "get cooking" sections of any of your camps to load in the print thing.

I'm sure "Moon Pies" would be a huge hit with the FishBoys and FishChicks. They were quite the rage when the moon landing first occurred (yes, I can remember it). My FIL was a baker at the time and couldn't keep moon pies in the case. Have fun.

HI FishMama!

As an Astronomy teacher, I would also recommend going to www.nasa.gov.

They have pages geared especially for children, and a "Picture of the Day" section that includes pictures of launches, etc.

They have a web section specifically for space missions which is also really cool and gives a much better scope of what is currently going on (it's a LOT more than you think!) and they how and why of it all.

PBS.org also has NOVA specials on the Apollo missions (and other missions as well), Space, and NASA that are really interesting and helpful. They do remove old episodes and update with newer ones, so I'm not sure what exactly is up at the moment.

Just a little bit to add! Thanks for doing this this week - not many people still think about it!

Clear Skies,
Lea
