I&#039;m looking for inexpensive and healthy meals for our family of three.&lt;br /&gt;Well, gotta get back to the laundry and Dr. Laura.</description>

		<description>Heather is right.  Chimichangas freeze very well.  Just cook them a little UNDER since the filling is already cooked.  You can also thaw them in the fridge and just put them on a tray in the oven to reheat and finish browning.  My mom did it all the time growing up.</description>
