Today begins the first of a week-long Thanksgiving on a Budget Extravaganza, starting over at MoneySavingMom. Not only does Crystal explain what we’re doing this week, she is also featuring her fantastic, definitely-take-these-to-the-inlaws-and-wow-them, pumpkin rolls. I know this because I’ve eaten them. My kids had no clue they were “healthy,” and they scarfed them down at dinner and were extremely pleased hobbits the next morning when they found out that Mrs. Paine had left us the leftovers. Oh my! You’re certainly going to want to try these as well as the other recipes Crystal has linked.

I like baking with pumpkin since it's high in fiber. Taste is an added bonus!

Now I see it's time to look in the triedntrue recipes for butternut squash rolls (dough made in bread machine). Those were good sandwich rolls, too. My bread machine is bored from being ignored.
