Thanks for sharing. I too, have not had child-bearing plans work out the way that we had planned. Two boys, no other children and adrenal burnout that now has me in a place where I may not be able to have any more children.

Your story reminds me of a friend of mine. She called her son her “lucky 13″. Yes, she went through 12 miscarriages before she had him. It makes me think of the scripture that says that God will wipe away every tear. To me, that means that what we find in heaven will make all of the pains of this life worth it. While there is definite healing we can feel before then, I think many of the things we go through won’t make sense until we can look with God at the whole picture. Then we will say not only “I understand,” but “Wow God, you are amazing!”

He is sovergin! He has a plan for all of us and though it may be tough in the moment to see. It is a blessing to look back and see His hand in it all!
