They are basically pecan crescents or pecan fingers, but they're rolled into a ball and rolled in powdered sugar. YUM! I also love chow main noodles with cashews mixed into melted chocolate and dropped by clumps to dry. Delicious! I think I almost put myself into a coma eating a batch of those!<br /><br />By the way, the apron is gorgeous!
