I’d really like to do this. I feel like I have to learn how. But I have a friend who has encouraged me to try it. Hubby and I will soon be starting the South Beach diet, so I’m hoping to combine the two.

I will be saving a lot of recipes. We are moving the end of March and I will have to refill our freezer so what a better time to OAMC.

We used to love making our own frozen pizza and various soups when we did this. Our pizza was way better than storebought and when we made a dozen or so at once (at first, big ones; later, individual sizes because it was just the two of us then and we liked different things) it was so easy and awesome!

Believe it or not, I still have stuff from the December OAMC in my freezer. It sure seems like I’m not even eating it but I am! I have not bought any meat other than roast chicken since then. I have a busy weekend ahead of me but I will definitely be squeezing in at least a couple recipes for OAMC this month.
