You are awesome. Money Saving Mom is awesome. Thank you SO MUCH for inspiring me to do OAMC. This is the second month that I have done this and it has been a real life-saver in our house! With four kiddos ages five and under, dinner time can get pretty crazy around here! I love being able to pull a meal out of the freezer in the morning and pop it in the oven at night! I too did a little too much this month, but will be enjoying my efforts for the next four weeks! Thank you so much for your inspiration! Check out my results here:

I love reading how it went! I did a mini day, nothing like you! I am hoping to work my way up to making more dinners, but this month it was more a breakfast month I think!

I managed to get my small list done, which I am still proud of since we had a busy day yesterday! 4 casseroles, 4 batches of corn muffins, 2 batches of chocolate chip muffins, and some biscuit twists. Not too bad for a short day! :) I so love this idea! Thanks so much for all the how-to's and encouragement along the way!

I feel bad because I didn't partake in this this month. I still have tons from December. It's not like I'm not eating it, I am. There is just that much. I think later this week I'll do up another batch of pancakes (I've only got a few left) and hmm, I know there's few other recipes I'd like to do but I don't need them so I'm putting them off so I can use up what I already have. Yesterday I made butter chicken, but the chicken was in my freezer from before I even started Oamc, so even though I didn't use what was prepared already, I was still using something I had in my freezer. I haven't had to buy any meat (other than a few rotisserie chickens in the last couple months) since November. I don't really have room to make much more, but I'm getting tired of some of the hamburger meals I made. Thankfully I still have plenty of chicken prepped up and also a whole bag of chicken breasts from before OAMC that are just plain, but cut into strips. Maybe a chicken stirfry would be nice. I'm still working on my menu ... Sorry, don't mean to ramble. :)

I rolled them like hot dog buns, with the fillings inside. Still tweaking the recipe.
