If you’ve never ordered from them, you might want to give them a try. Yes, you can often find diapers cheaper on sale and with coupons, but when a baby needs diapers, well, ya just can’t wait for a sale. I like to make sure that the sales serve me and not the other way around.

Not to spoil your post, but I’m really frustrated with them right now. I sent in for my rebate back at the beginning of February and they started to send me the magazine. I called Diapers.com and they told me to contact the magazine. Guess what? They don’t even list a phone number on their website or in the magazine. I’ve emailed them 3 times with no response. I would not do business with diapers.com again just because of this. I want to know how to resolve it but feel at a loss.
@Shannon, hmmm. I wish I could help. I forgot to mail in my rebate form when I signed up with them, so I can’t vouch for that part of the system.
