SwagBucks Back to School

August 10, 2010

Search & Win We’ve been using SwagBucks as our search engine for almost two years now. FishPapa and the boys still do a little happy dance when they earn points, which is almost every time they sit down at the computer.

We’ve redeemed SwagBucks for gift cards for iTunes, Starbucks and Amazon. In fact, most of last year’s Christmas presents were bought on Amazon via SwagBucks. This year, I’ve been able to buy quite a bit of our school curriculum that way as well.

If you’re new to SwagBucks, it’s a search engine that awards you points randomly and in varying denominations. SwagBucks can then be redeemed for a variety of prizes, including great gift cards, as I already described.

This week, SwagBucks is celebrating Back to School.

If you sign up between now and Sunday at midnight, use the code: BackToSchool. You’ll receive 30 points at sign-up and an extra 40 points for using the code. That means you start out with 70 points.

There are other great features to this BTS week at SB:

  • five one-of-a-kind Back-To-School themed Swag Buck bills in varying amounts – collect them all throughout the week and you’ll earn yourself a 50 Swag Buck bonus!
  • Sales on all school supplies and Cookie’s Kids items in the Swag Store
  • Special Facebook/Twitter specific promos
  • On Thursday – a Swag Code Extravaganza, a day featuring no less than 5 Swag Codes!

There are all kinds of ways to win with SwagBucks. Check it out. We’re glad we did.

Thanks so much for participating in this conversation about "a mom's life."

This is a place where moms can be themselves. Remember that each mother's path looks a little different. Please keep your comments respectful and kind. Reasonable minds will disagree in a nice way.

So let's talk about it, using "our big girl words."
