  1. I had not seen this series yet, but it was on my internal radar of things “to-do.” Off to go worship at the alter of the Supermom. Thanks, Fishmama!

  2. I did not see this series yet either. I appreciate you sharing!

    Blessings :)

  3. Joyfulness for me comes through expressing gratitude to the Lord for my jobs. If I, in obedience, give thanks in all things, I have joy. So when I am washing one more sink full of dishes, I can complain or I can give thanks. Out of my offering of obedience, He gives me JOY! He changes how I feel about my tasks. He speaks to me and gives me wisdom as I load the washing machine, again. But I always have the choice. And I set the tone for our home, for our kids, for my husband. Why would I ever choose anything else? But, I still do!!! And He patiently reminds me what I’m missing. Again!

  4. Jessica,
Thanks for posting these again. I guess I had missed one or two and definitely some of the links hidden inside. Just learned one or two more things about you that I didn’t know before! You write with such care and I love your blog more and more. I hope your chin is healing well.

Thanks so much for participating in this conversation about "a mom's life."

This is a place where moms can be themselves. Remember that each mother's path looks a little different. Please keep your comments respectful and kind. Reasonable minds will disagree in a nice way.

So let's talk about it, using "our big girl words."
