Do you ever wish that someone would come to your house and help you make sense of the piles and messes? Do you wish that you had someone in your life to help you sort through all the ideas in your head and set you on the right path? Do you need someone to tell you what to do every once in awhile?

Someone who’s not your husband, mom, or mother-in-law?

For whatever reason, it’s sometimes easier to take advice and instruction from an unbiased third party. I think that’s why the internet is so popular! We can get ideas and input from people we’ve never met in real life. And they don’t judge us by our past because they don’t know our old habits, temptations, or mistakes.

Yep. Been there. And often, my husband says, “But that’s what I’ve been saying all along.”

Well, it’s true that it’s sometimes easier to take advice from people who don’t know me. I’m not sure why that is, but for now, I’ll just accept it.

If I can, I want to be that person for you. When I started this site almost 9 years ago it was with the intention of sharing some of the things that I’d learned the hard way. I know what it’s like to have to figure things out on my own.

And I know what it’s like to have good advice coming from someone undistracted by my personal background.

Tomorrow I’m leading a course called Revive. It’s a combination of personal and household organization instruction and encouragement, spread out over 30 days’ time.

I’ve spent the last ten days or so, setting up the course, the Facebook group, and the daily notifications. I’m so excited to be walking through this with you! While it won’t fix every disorganized thing in your life, I think it will get you jumpstarted for the new year.

Once of the special things about the course this first go round is that we’ll have daily interaction via email and through Facebook. While I can’t come to your house, bake you Cinnamon Rolls, and clean your kitchen, I can cheer you on from afar!

A note to my friends in Europe: due to the VAT laws, I’m not currently selling to folks living in the EU. I’m so sorry for this, but I’m just not set up to collect and file those taxes at this time. However, there’s a very real possibility that I’ll be offering this course through a third party who IS set up to make those transactions. Watch for this opportunity in April!
