Last week’s menu plan got hijacked by the stomach flu. A lot of what I had planned wasn’t really the best for those in the midst or in the aftermath of upset tummies.
This week we’re getting back into the swing of things. And one way to make it easy is that I’m not going to cook a whole lot. Most of our meals are already prepared and waiting in the freezer*! Yeah!
Here’s what’s on our culinary horizon this week:
grilled chicken, Asian cabbage slaw with noodles and vegetables (similar to PW’s version here)
*lasagna, salad, and garlic bread
*paella, salad, and baguette
pasta with *meatballs, salad
*meatloaf, *mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables
pizza and salad
