Frugal Friday has been the source of much money saving advice for quite some time. We talk money, debt, gifts, making ends meet. We talk about how to save and how to acquire. We talk about not falling behind and about getting ahead.
And, yet, as Christmas approaches, just a few hours away, I am reminded about the source of all this…. stuff.
Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.
What do we have that God has not given us?
May you be encouraged by God’s presence this Christmas and grow in trusting Him to provide all that you need.

Amen! Thank you for your wonderful, inspiring site!
Merry Christmas to you and your family. I really appreciate your site and your Christ-centered posts.
Wishing you a wonderful holioday season.
I have enjoyed our “conversations” and hope to continue in the new year.
I am starting to spend only cash (again) in 2011. We do not use credit cards but for a while I was lured into the bank’s debit card program. It is too easy to spend more than one intends and the rewards are not all what is promised.
Cash and peace of mind are a better reward.

It’s Christmas Eve but not too late to create these easy but thoughtful gifts… One of our daughters did these 3 vlogs for homemade bath salts, powder and body or linen sprays. I hope this may help some folks out today. Most of us have these ingredients on hand. Christmas Blessings Everyone!
Every Friday I do a list of 10 things I’m thankful for – this is my Christmas edition Thankfulness list. It’s truly been helpful to me to take time to count my blessings – the large and the small – every week. Merry Christmas Fisher Family!
