Oh I can be so ambitious. I sure thought when I posted my goals for today, that I would actually get them all done?? Puhlease! To be honest, I didn’t crack a closet. There was just too much going on.

But, I did get the banking done and check the status of our finances. It was nice to get a feel for where we stand halfway through the month.

Plus, I tackled the laundry room.

It had become a depository for clothes to giveaway, clothes to mend, clothes to put in storage, and clothes for kids to wear. Not to mention the fact that the floor hadn’t been mopped in eons. So, it got a good overhaul. I even scrubbed the tops of the appliances and the rim of the washer. How’s that for a clean sweep?

Since closets are not a regular job, I can’t “skip” them. But, I think I’ll tackle a few everyday this week and hopefully be done by the weekend.

Ooooo! Ahhhhhh! Beautiful! Empty laundry baskets should be framed and hung on the wall..in my opinion anyway, I feel like I should be getting an award once I get through all the loads of laundry. Seriously, how do you keep up with it? I can barely keep up with three kids and a husband! 🙂

I think your laundry room looked pretty good in the before picture!
