  1. That chicken and wild rice looks great. I have a ton of Uncle Ben’s wild rice I got for free during triple coupons. Would you just switch that out for the rice and thyme? Thanks!

  2. wow you plan the whole month ahead. thats great i would love to be able to do that. i am starting slow with a week at a time and will work my way up. i love your blog!

  3. I love your menu! I appreciate the variety. I’m doing a series on Chinese food right now, and you should definitely link up your asian chicken salad!! 🙂

  4. I LOVE your pictures!!

  5. Your pictures always look so delicious. I’m coming for dinner!

  6. Jessica Fisher says:

Susie and Noelle, you’re sweet. Thank you! Especially since I was wondering about the glare in that photo. If it works for you guys, I’m good.

BTW, you’re welcome to come for dinner. 😉

  7. Looks like a delicious month! I’ll keep these ideas in mind (especially the Asian chicken salad) for next month, when I’ll be looking to infuse more variety into my plans once again.

I am trying to keep things simpler this month, and resist the urge to try new recipes for a little while.

  8. I’ve been wanting to make chimichangas for ages, ever since that episode of Two and a half men. I’ve never had one myself, but it really is a fun thing to say! And with a 4yo and an almost 6yo, that’s half the battle won! Thanks for the recipe!

  9. nicely done! I’m impressed. Hoping to get this far out in planning and cooking soon as well. That picture with the avocado is making me hungry LOL 🙂

  10. I have now made the Chicken and Wild Rice Bake (including using your herb vinagrette recipe) and the Mustard Grilled Chicken. They were both big hits in our house (including the kids)! My hubby loved the mustard chicken so much tonight that I am making it again tomorrow night! Thanks for the AMAZING recipes!
