  1. Hi! Forgive me if this is a silly question, but how do you save batches of smoothies? Do you put it in individual servings in the fridge? If so, how long does it last? Do you freeze it and pull out to thaw at some point? Batch cooking baffles me! But I really want to learn!!!

I guess I didn’t explain that well enough. Sorry about that. According to this plan and what’s explained in more detail in the cookbook, you can freeze in freezer-safe jars. They should thaw pretty quickly on the countertop or you can nuke on defrost for half a minute or so.

My book explains A LOT of batch cooking and makes it so much easier. 😉

Extra bang for the buck! I bought your book and have been putting it to good use in my kitchen…saves me so much time and we continue to eat healthier! I have just got to tell you that I love these additional meal plans you’re posting on your site, too. They are an incredible extension of the book. My kids are still pretty young, so I sincerely appreciate all the help I can get. You’re a true blessing to our family. Thank you!

  3. Thanks for this new batch cooking plan! I made the protein plan a few weeks ago and everything in it is DELICIOUS! In fact, we had the salsa verde chicken tenders tonight along with a simple pasta salad. YUM~O! Everyone loved it. Can’t wait to try these too!
