This Week’s Ultimate Recipe Swap: Grill Talk

Monday marked the unofficial start of summer and as such, it’s time to fire up the grill. Food cooked outside is so delicious! Love it. You can cook almost anything on the grill: meats, veggies, potatoes, pizza, garlic bread, even dessert. So, bring it on! What’s one of your favorite grilling recipes?

    We find that grilled zucchini planks are a mouth-watering accompaniment to our grilled meats. Just slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/2″ to 3/4″ planks. drizzle with olive oil, salt, and pepper to coat. Grill about 3 minutes per side. Delicious!
