Tips for a Make Ahead Christmas Meal

You know me. I love to cook ahead. It could be that I enjoy setting the mood with candles and soft music and cooking ahead allows me those extra minutes to add the certain something. OR…

It could be that I just don’t like running around like a chicken with its head cut off.

Either way, cooking ahead and using my freezer help me accomplish the goal of feeding my family and friends well — and keeping a little of my cheerful disposition.
