Last week’s menu plan got hijacked by the stomach flu. A lot of what I had planned wasn’t really the best for those in the midst or in the aftermath of upset tummies.

This week we’re getting back into the swing of things. And one way to make it easy is that I’m not going to cook a whole lot. Most of our meals are already prepared and waiting in the freezer*! Yeah!

Here’s what’s on our culinary horizon this week:

The Regular Breakfast Schedule

chicken taquitos, *beans and rice
tuna sandwiches on rye bread, veggies and dip
salmon, rice and steamed broccoli
DIY pasta salad
FishPapa’s fave Italian sandwiches
snacky lunch

grilled chicken, Asian cabbage slaw with noodles and vegetables (similar to PW’s version here)
*lasagna, salad, and garlic bread
*paella, salad, and baguette
pasta with *meatballs, salad
*meatloaf, *mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables
pizza and salad

I hope everyone is feeling better! We have battled the yucky flu off and on for a few weeks, not fun, you have my sympathies.

    Your menu looks yummy. 🙂

Herbed mayo on those Italian sandwiches sounds like a delicious twist on normal sandwiches.

Snow White, the sandwich is fantastic. My husband says he doesn’t like ham. But, in that sandwich he loves ham.
