Ingredients
parchment paper

chocolate chips or 10 ounces white chocolate

tablespoon
coconut oil or shortening
Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Eggs
colored sprinkles
popsicle sticks
optional
Instructions
Line a work surface with parchment paper.
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe glass dish and heat until melted, thirty seconds at a time. Stir in coconut oil. Blend well.
Dip marshmallows into chocolate and place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
You can make “egg pops” by inserting a stick in the bottom of the egg before dipping.
Depending on room temperature, you may want to chill these in the refrigerator to help the chocolate set.
