Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs

Chocolate Marshmallow Eggs are easy to make with kids. They will love the opportunity to dip and douse with sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • parchment paper
  • 10 ounces chocolate chips or 10 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening
  • Jet-Puffed Marshmallow Eggs
  • colored sprinkles
  • popsicle sticks optional

Instructions

  • Line a work surface with parchment paper.
  • Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe glass dish and heat until melted, thirty seconds at a time. Stir in coconut oil. Blend well.
  • Dip marshmallows into chocolate and place on parchment paper. Sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
  • You can make “egg pops” by inserting a stick in the bottom of the egg before dipping.
  • Depending on room temperature, you may want to chill these in the refrigerator to help the chocolate set.
