Recipe for Lavender Sweet & Salty Scrub
It's easy to make Lavender hand scrub with lavender flowers and a few simple household ingredients.
Equipment
- mixing bowl
- spoon
- jar or other closed storage container
Supplies
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup salt can be fine grain sea salt, table salt, or epsom salt
- 1/2 cup neutral carrier oil such as avocado, sweet almond, grapeseed, or sunflower
- 10 drops lavender essential oil
- lavender flowers optional
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar and salt.1 cup granulated sugar, 1/3 cup salt
- Stir in the oils.1/2 cup neutral carrier oil, 10 drops lavender essential oil
- Spoon the mixture into the jars. Sprinkle with flowers, if desired.lavender flowers
- Label with a note to use within 6 months.
