Looking for some easy meals you can whip up this week? We’ve gotcha covered with tostadas, baked chicken, crockpot enchiladas, Brie and tomato pasta, and minestrone soup.
These tostadas cause most of my children to break out in song and dance. (The lone wolf will join them if there’s meat involved.) Simple Bean Tostadas were one of our get out of debt recipes and it’s still a favorite. We love them, especially with that fancy little drizzle of sour cream.
(Just spoon some sour cream into a sandwich bag and snip off the tip for an instant piping bag.)
