    se meals! A couple of notes about the shopping list – I was at the store wondering what size of spinach to buy, trying to remember what a “stick” of butter equaled (perhaps you could include a cup measurement here?) and I also wondered what kind of corn/hominy. My grocery store didn’t carry hominy so I wondered what kind of corn was the sub as I’ve never used hominy. Turns out I didn’t end up using the corn…….I did make all of the recipes so I’m not sure what I missed? I also didn’t read the bun recipe close enough to know that the wheat gluten was an “optional” ingredient – I probably wouldn’t have bought a whole box of it if I had known it was optional…….

  2. I love your site! I read your blog often! With your meal plans i would lie to see it laid out a little more like monday is this tuesday is this and what sides go for what day are you making a 5 day plan or 7 day plan i ended up going to the store a few extra times the week i followed your plan because i needed sides and extras every store trip always ends up costing much more then i want to do next time i use your plan ill have to plan i out myself alot more but we lie your meals we just thought maybe your side ideas with each meal may give us new ideas
